Open the Configuration Utility.
Select the Spool
and Retain tab. 
Specify the folder names or click the folder button to locate a new folder.
Create the folders using the Windows Explorer.
The setup program creates default folders for spool, retain, and resource files. The default folders are located on the local hard drive. If you want to define these folders elsewhere on the network, you must be configured to log on as a user account. See the Setting up a network connection topic for more information. If you need to, you can change the default spool printing and Resource folder assignments.
Complete the following steps to use different folders.
Open the Configuration Utility.
