Opening and closing the utility

Configuration Utility

To open and close the utility, use one of the following methods.

To open the utility

• On the Spool Window menu bar, select Tools | Configuration.

To close the utility

• Click the Close button ( ) on the title bar.

• Click OK.

• Click Cancel.

• Enable and disable the retain feature

• Modify the default spool folders

• Work with banners

• Work with notes

• Work with overlays

• Work with override tables

• Work with page layouts

• Work with printer groups

• Work with spool printers

• Work with the accounting system
