Make Banner requires the Spool Window to be active. If the
Spool Window is not active when you start Make Banner from the Start menu,
Make Banner will start the Spool Window, which then starts the BARR SpoolCore service.To open or close the utility, use one of the following methods.
On the Spool Window menu bar, select Tools | Make Banner.
From the taskbar, click Start | Programs | Barr Enterprise Print Server | BARR SPOOL | Make Banner Utility.
